FAQ / EONYX LABS
Straight answers.
Ordering, documentation, storage, and the Digital Fridge.
BATCH · COA REFERENCEWho are these products for?
EONYX compounds are for qualified laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use. Purchasing requires confirmation of legal age and research use.
How do I choose a strength?
Select a strength on the compound card or product page. The price and gallery update for that variation. Strength means nominal mass per vial, not a dosing recommendation. Your laboratory protocol determines suitability.
How do quantity tiers work?
Eligible retail compound lines use the 3, 8, and 15 vial auto-discount thresholds (5%, 10%, and 15%). Savings are calculated per line and strength. Research kits use their paired price. The Fridge displays the actual totals before checkout.
Where is my batch certificate?
Use the product page certificate link or search the COA Library by compound or batch. Development examples are labelled sample records. Only a genuine matching certificate can document a supplied batch.
Where do you ship?
This storefront accepts Canadian delivery addresses. Shipping cost and the dispatch estimate appear in checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
How should compounds be stored?
Use the compound and batch documentation with your laboratory’s validated protocol. Storage and stability depend on the compound, physical form, and handling conditions. General guidance is not a batch-specific stability study.
How do I ask about an order?
Track your order using its number and billing email. For support, contact the research desk with your order number.
