What information is included on a product page?
Each product page can display a short description, full product description, available formats, research specifications, customer reviews, and a product-specific certificate uploaded by the store administrator.
Where can I find the certificate?
Open the Certificate tab on the relevant product page. Certificates are assigned per product, so the displayed file corresponds to that product.
What do Avg Purity and Avg Mass mean?
These are summary quality indicators presented with the product. Refer to the assigned certificate and batch documentation for product-specific analytical details.
Ordering and Accounts
Do I need an account to order?
Guest checkout availability depends on the store settings. An account makes it easier to review orders, addresses, and account details.
How do product variations work?
Select the available concentration and other product attributes before adding the product to your shopping bag. Bottle-count choices may also provide volume pricing where configured.
How do I access my account?
Use the account icon in the top navigation. It opens your account area for sign-in, registration, orders, and account details.
Shipping and Storage
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled from Canada. Available methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are calculated by the store at checkout.
How should research materials be stored?
Follow the product label, assigned documentation, and your laboratory's approved handling procedures. Contact research support if product-specific documentation is unclear.
Can I purchase wholesale?
Qualified organizations can apply on the Wholesaler page. Approval, pricing, and eligibility are reviewed individually.
